To help individuals, couples and families establish and achieve specific objectives in their lives (i.e. balancing home life and work, time management, personal health, money management and career or other transitions).
To help business owners and managers find and achieve cost savings opportunities, establish management and productivity tools to sustain savings, meet customer requirements and find more time away from the office.
Why am I a life coach?
I have always had a passion for mentoring, coaching and helping others. For over 30 years I have worked in corporate America which has provided me with a wealth of experience and the privilege of working in two large organizations with a lot of very talented individuals. I have led many teams to success and although this is a form of helping others, it was not enough to satisfy my passion.
So the simple answer is, I want to help others in any way I can through my coaching services utilizing all the research and experience I have gained over the years. I have found the best way to solve any issue or to attain any new objective is through effective goal setting and the use of fundamental practices to achieve those objectives.
Why am I a business coach?
In over 30 years of business experience at IBM (17 years) and Dell (14 years), I have been blessed with a wide variety of exposures and experiences.
With 25 of those years in a variety of leadership positions I have had the opportunity to attend many of the highest levels of management training available and have been asked to deliver on many significant business challenges. I have learned and practiced management processes that have met customer’s expectations in the most efficient way (lowest cost) and have had been able to carve time for myself to be the best family man I could be.
Most of my business experience has been in the procurement and materials management area of these large manufacturing companies so cost savings; negotiations, contract writing and negotiations and supplier management are at the core of my professional experiences. I have also traveled the world working with almost all cultures in the pursuit of business objectives.
I share what I have learned with business owners and managers to provide benefits to their companies leveraging these fundamental and timeless practices.
I live in Georgetown or the Williamson/Travis County area and can effective ly coach throughout the US and overseas via conference calls.
